U.N. （外交）使節／代表 says Assad part of 解答 for 緩和 Syria 暴力／激しさ
VIENNA, Feb 13 (Reuters) - The U.N. （外交）使節／代表 for Syria said on Friday that 大統領 Bashar al-Assad must be part of the 解答 for 緩和 暴力／激しさ in Syria, and he would continue discussions with him after 会談 in Damascus earlier this week.
The （外交）使節／代表, Staffan de Mistura, is struggling to 前進する a 提案 that would 凍結する fighting in the northern city of Aleppo - one of the 支配するs he has said he had discussed with Assad.
In Vienna for 会談 with Austrian 外務大臣 Sebastian Kurz, de Mistura said the 政府 still controlled a large part of Syria, and that Assad was "part of the 解答 for the 削減 of the 暴力／激しさ", 明らかにするing an earlier 発言／述べる at a news 会議／協議会 that Assad was part of "the 解答".

Earlier, speaking at a news 会議／協議会 with Kurz, he had said: "There is a large part of Syria which is under the 支配（する）／統制する of the Syrian 政府 and I will continue having very important discussions with him because he is part also of the 解答."
