Valentine 'police' 申し込む／申し出 roses, weddings to keep Indian couples demure

NEW DELHI, Feb 13 (Reuters) - 右翼 Hindus in India are 申し込む／申し出ing white roses, 解放する／自由な counselling and a chance to get married for couples caught kissing or hugging in public places on Valentine's Day.
Roving three-person teams of volunteers from the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha will fan out across India on Feb. 14, scanning parks and public spaces for couples 展示（する）ing "不適切な behaviour."
"We'll explain the meaning of love to them," said Chander Prakash Kaushik, the group's 大統領，／社長. "We are against any vulgarity, not against love."
"Suhaag raat should be in the bedroom, not on roads," he said, using the Hindi 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 for the consummation of a marriage.
Kaushik said the Hindu Mahasabha volunteers would 分配する white roses to signify they come in peace, and then advise the couples to get married if they are really in love. Priests would at 手渡す to carry out the 儀式, if needed.
"We can't 軍隊 people in this day and age, we can only counsel them," he said.

Students in New Delhi used Facebook to ask people to gather outside the （警察，軍隊などの）本部 of the Hindu Mahasabha in wedding finery to mock the （選挙などの）運動をする.
"Have to go to the beauty parlour!! The Big day is almost here!!" 'Laxmi Bai', one of the organisers, tweeted on Friday.
