Mexico must 調査（する） thousands of "見えなくなるs" - UN

GENEVA, Feb 13 (Reuters) - A 国際連合 監視者 called on Mexico on Friday to 調査（する） and 起訴する 申し立てられた／疑わしい complicity of 明言する／公表する 軍隊s in "見えなくなるs", 含むing a 悪名高い 事例／患者 of 43 students believed 殺人d last year.
Mexico's 代表 told the U.N. 委員会 on 施行するd 見えなくなるs at a review last week that 11,300 people were 原因不明の／行方不明の（unaccounnted-for） for. 国際アムネスティ said in a 声明 that more than 22,600 had gone 行方不明の in the past eight years まっただ中に "a 抱擁する problem of impunity".
In their findings, the 委員会's 10 独立した・無所属 専門家s said they had received （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） that "illustrates a 状況 of generalised 見えなくなるs in a 広大な／多数の／重要な part of the 領土 (of Mexico), many of which could be qualified as 施行するd 見えなくなるs".
"施行するd 見えなくなるs" are those linked to 拘留，拘置 or 誘拐 by 明言する／公表する スパイ／執行官s such as police or 安全 軍隊s, or their 同盟（する）s, who 隠す the 犠牲者's 運命／宿命.
Mexico's 司法長官 Jesus Murillo has said there is no 疑問 that the 43 students were 殺人d last September and their remains 火葬するd and 捨てるd into a river in the nearby town of Cocula.
公式の／役人s say they were 誘拐するd by corrupt police officers, who 手渡すd them over to a 地元の 麻薬 ギャング（団）. The former 市長 of the southwestern town of Iguala has been 逮捕（する）d.

委員会 member Rainer Huhle told a news 要点説明 the パネル盤 had no 正確な numbers. "The only （疑いを）晴らす picture is that it is many, and too many," he said.
