Putin says 計画（する） to take Crimea hatched before 国民投票
MOSCOW, March 9 (Reuters) - ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin has said he ordered 公式の／役人s to start work on taking 支配（する）／統制する of Crimea weeks before a 国民投票 which, the Kremlin has 主張するd until now, 誘発するd the 地域's 併合 from ウクライナ共和国.
ロシアの 明言する／公表する television channel Rossiya-1 空気／公表するd a 簡潔な／要約する 抽出する of an interview in which Putin said he had called an 緊急 会合 in February last year to discuss the 倒す of Ukrainian 大統領，／社長 Viktor Yanukovich hours earlier.
Yanukovich, a ロシアの 同盟（する）, had fled to the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk after 存在 軍隊d out by anti-政府 抗議するs.
"He would have been just 絶滅するd... We got ready to get him out of Donetsk by land, by sea and by 空気／公表する," Putin said about his 会合 in the Kremlin with 指揮官s of special 軍隊s and defence 省 公式の／役人s.
"This was on the night of Feb. 22 through to Feb. 23. We finished around 7 in the morning. And, while 説 goodbye, I told all the 同僚s: 'We have to start the work on Crimea's return into Russia'."
This account, broadcast on Sunday, appeared to be at 半端物s with previous 主張s from ロシアの 公式の／役人s that the 併合 決定／判定勝ち（する） was taken only after the 国民投票 on March 16, when Crimeans 投票（する）d to become part of the ロシアの 連合.
The 事実上 無血の seizure of Crimea - a 黒人／ボイコット Sea 半島 with an 民族の ロシアの 大多数 and where Moscow has a 海軍の base - was followed by a プロの／賛成の-Moscow 暴動 in the east of ウクライナ共和国.
About 6,000 people have been killed in the fighting in eastern ウクライナ共和国. A 壊れやすい 停戦, agreed last month in Minsk, has 大部分は held so far.
Western 政府s have 非難するd Russia's 介入 in Crimea as 違法な, with the European Union and 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 課すing 許可／制裁s on Moscow.
