CBO 削減（する）s 見積（る）s for Obamacare costs, long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 U.S. 赤字s

WASHINGTON, March 9 (Reuters) - U.S. 連邦議会の 予報官s on Monday once again 削減（する） their 見積（る） of "Obamacare" health 保険 ニュース報道 costs, 特記する／引用するing 突然に いっそう少なく spending on 賞与金 補助金s and lower enrollment 率s through 交流s 始める，決める up under the 2010 改革（する）.
The $142 billion cost 削減 over 10 years from the 連邦議会の 予算 Office's previous 見積（る） in January was good news for 支持者s of the Affordable Care 行為／法令／行動する, as Obamacare is 正式に known, as the 最高裁判所 ponders another challenge to the 議論の的になる 法律.
The nation's highest 法廷，裁判所 last week heard arguments from 保守的な 対抗者s of the health 再編成 who say 税金 補助金s to help low-and-穏健な income people afford health 保険 should not be 許すd in the 34 明言する／公表するs that rely 単独で on federally-run 保険 交流s.
The 交流s 始める，決める up under the health 法律, 大統領 Barack Obama's 目印 国内の 業績／成就, are online marketplaces where 消費者s can shop for different 計画（する）s. 共和国の／共和党のs have fought tooth-and-nail against the 交流s and other 準備／条項s of the 法律, 述べるing the 改革（する）s as a 大規模な and unnecessary 政府 侵入占拠 into the 私的な 部門.
But the CBO and the 共同の 委員会 on 課税 said those 補助金s now are 推定する／予想するd to be lower because 保険 賞与金 costs have run below previous 見積（る）s.
They also again lowered their 予測（する） of the number of people who were 推定する／予想するd to 入会させる in the 交流s, which 減ずるs the need for 補助金s. That number is 推定する／予想するd to fluctuate between 22 and 24 million from 2017 through 2025, compared to between 24 and 25 million in the January 予測（する）.
White House 広報担当者 Josh Earnest called the 見積（る）s "the 最新の in a long line of data points that 示す the Affordable Care 行為／法令／行動する is 与える／捧げるing in a very 肯定的な way to 持つ／拘留するing 負かす／撃墜する the growth of healthcare costs in this country."
The lower health 保険 costs also 与える／捧げるd to a 逮捕する $431 billion 削減 in the CBO's 見積（る） of cumulative 10-year U.S. 予算 赤字s, now 予測（する） at $7.209 一兆.
Also 与える／捧げるing to the lower 赤字s for the 会計の 2016-2025 period were 減ずるd 見積（る）s for 利益／興味 支払い（額）s on the 連邦の 負債, わずかに lower costs for the Medicare health program for 上級のs, and わずかに higher 心配するd 税金 歳入s.
CBO 改訂するd its 会計の 2015 赤字 予測（する） to $486 billion, up $18 billion from the January 見積（る）, 予定 to technical changes to cost 見積（る）s for 連邦の 利益s 含むing Medicare, the Medicaid health program for the poor, and some student 貸付金 programs.
