U.S. 勧めるs Europe to commit more 軍隊／機動隊s to U.N. peacekeeping
UNITED NATIONS, March 9 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs on Monday called on Europe to 与える／捧げる more 軍隊／機動隊s to 国際連合 peacekeeping 使節団s and 発表するd that 大統領 Barack Obama would 持つ／拘留する a 首脳会議 of world leaders in New York in September to 勝利，勝つ new かかわり合いs.
The U.S. 外交官／大使 to the 国際連合, Samantha 力／強力にする, said that two １０年間s ago some 25,000 European 軍隊／機動隊s served as （国連の）平和維持軍s, but that number has fallen to より小数の than 6,000, or いっそう少なく than 7 パーセント of the U.N.'s 90,000 （国連の）平和維持軍s.

The 28-nation EU has 戦う／戦い groups 乗組員を乗せた on a rotational basis and meant to be 利用できる as a 早い reaction 軍隊, but they have never been used in a 危機.
