UN 延期するs 是認 of Libya request for 武器s, jets: 外交官s

UNITED NATIONS, March 9 (Reuters) - At least seven 国際連合 安全 会議 members, 含むing Britain, フラン and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, 延期するd 是認 on Monday of a request by Libya to 輸入する 武器s, 戦車／タンクs, jets and ヘリコプターs to take on Islamic 明言する／公表する 交戦的なs, 外交官s said.
Spain, Lithuania, Chile and New Zealand joined Britain, フラン and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs in placing a いわゆる "持つ／拘留する" on the request made to the 安全 会議 委員会 that 監督するs an 武器 出入港禁止 課すd upon the North African 明言する／公表する in 2011, said 会議 外交官s, speaking on 条件 of anonymity.
In a letter to the 委員会, 得るd by Reuters, Libya said it planned to 輸入する 150 戦車／タンクs, two dozen 闘士，戦闘機 jets, seven attack ヘリコプターs, tens of thousands of 強襲，強姦 ライフル銃／探して盗むs and 手りゅう弾 発射台s and millions of 一連の会議、交渉／完成するs of 弾薬／武器 from ウクライナ共和国, Serbia and Czech 共和国.
If 協定 is not reached to 解除する the 持つ／拘留する, it could leave the request in limbo 無期限に／不明確に. The 15-member 安全 会議 許可／制裁s 委員会s work on the basis of 合意.
Libya's U.N. 使節団 was not すぐに 利用できる to comment.
U.N. 許可／制裁s 監視するs said on Friday they are 関心d that if the 安全 会議 委員会 認可するs the request, then some of the 武器s and 器具／備品 could be コースを変えるd to 民兵 groups.
Libya's 国祭的な 認めるd 政府, led by 総理大臣 Abdullah al-Thinni, has operated out of the east since a 競争相手 武装した 派閥 called Libya 夜明け took over Tripoli in fighting last year and 始める，決める up its own 行政.
The 競争相手 政府s and their 同盟（する）s are 戦う／戦いing for 支配（する）／統制する of Libya four years after a civil war 追い出すd Muammar Gaddafi. The 大混乱 has 許すd Islamic 明言する／公表する and Ansar al-Sharia 交戦的なs to use their foothold in Libya, an 石油輸出国機構 member.
The 国祭的な 認めるd 政府 is 許すd to 輸入する 武器 with 是認 of the 安全 会議 委員会. Libya said it needs the 武器s and 軍の 器具／備品 to take on Islamist 交戦的なs and to 支配（する）／統制する 国境s.
Libya, 支援するd by Egypt, has called for the 武器 出入港禁止 on the 政府 to be 解除するd 完全に. The 会議 委員会 has long 勧めるd Libya to 改善する 監視するing of its 武器s over 関心s that 武器 were 存在 コースを変えるd to 交戦的な groups.
