UN 延期するs 是認 of Libya request for 武器s, jets: 外交官s

UNITED NATIONS, March 9 (Reuters) - At least eight 国際連合 安全 会議 members 延期するd 是認 on Monday of a request by Libya to 輸入する 武器s, 戦車／タンクs, jets and ヘリコプターs to take on Islamic 明言する／公表する 交戦的なs and 監視する its 国境s, 外交官s said.
Spain - supported by Lithuania, Chile, New Zealand, Britain, フラン, Angola and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs - placed a いわゆる "持つ／拘留する" on the request to the 安全 会議 委員会 that 監督するs an 武器 出入港禁止 課すd on the North African 明言する／公表する in 2011, said 会議 外交官s, speaking on 条件 of anonymity.
"Spain would 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がる その上の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） on the point of origin of the 武器s requested and the 手はず／準備 設立するd for transportation," the Spanish U.N. 使節団 wrote to the 議長，司会を務める of the 委員会 in a 公式文書，認める seen by Reuters.
Libya wants to 輸入する 150 戦車／タンクs, two dozen 闘士，戦闘機 jets, seven attack ヘリコプターs, tens of thousands of 強襲，強姦 ライフル銃／探して盗むs and 手りゅう弾 発射台s and millions of 一連の会議、交渉／完成するs of 弾薬／武器 from ウクライナ共和国, Serbia and Czech 共和国.
If 協定 is not reached to 解除する the 持つ／拘留する, it could leave the request in limbo 無期限に／不明確に. The 15-member 委員会 作品 on the basis of 合意.
The 国祭的な 認めるd 政府 is 許すd to 輸入する 武器 with 是認 of the 委員会. Libya said it needs the 武器s and 器具／備品 to take on Islamist 交戦的なs and to 支配（する）／統制する 国境s.< /font>
"Without 強化するing the 空気／公表する 軍隊 we cannot do anything about it," Libya's U.N. 外交官／大使 Ibrahim Dabbashi told Reuters, 追加するing that he was disappointed by the 延期する.
