White Othello speaks Sicilian dialect in Rome 生産/産物

ROME, March 23 (Reuters) - Actor and director Luigi Lo Cascio says he "stripped the flesh" from Shakespeare's 広大な/多数の/重要な 悲劇 Othello for his new 見解/翻訳/版, with a pared-負かす/撃墜する cast and a white-skinned Moor speaking Sicilian dialect.

Iago, portrayed by Lo Cascio himself, Vincenzo Pirrotta's Othello and the 兵士 Ludovico, played by Giovanni Calcagno, all speak Sicilian dialect -- a 際立った language with the same roots as Italian that can be impenetrable to 部外者s.
