Turkey's first 核の 工場／植物 延期するd, 'not ready before 2022'

ANKARA/ISTANBUL, March 23 (Reuters) - Turkey's first 核の 力／強力にする 工場／植物 is ありそうもない to be ready before 2022, energy 公式の／役人s said on Monday of the $20-billion 事業／計画（する） that has been beset by regulatory 障害物s and 複雑にするd by Russia's 財政上の woes.
Dependant on 輸入するs for almost all of its energy, Turkey has 乗る，着手するd on an ambitious 核の programme, （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限ing Russia's 明言する／公表する 原子の Energy 会社／団体 (Rosatom) in 2013 to build four 1,200 メガワット (MW) 原子炉s.
With energy 輸入する costs at about $50 billion 毎年 and 需要・要求する 予測（する） as the fastest growing in Europe, Ankara wants at least 5 パーセント of its electricity 世代 to come from 核の energy in under a １０年間, cutting dependency on natural gas 大部分は bought from Russia.
Rosatom 最初 誓約（する）d to have the first of the four 原子炉s in the southern Turkish town of Akkuyu ready by 2019.
A 上級の Turkish energy 公式の／役人 said the 事業／計画（する） would not be online before at least 2022, given that ground-breaking has yet to happen. "The first 原子炉 can be online at least seven years after the ground-breaking so the 2019-2020 date is impossible," the 公式の／役人 said.
"This is a 重要な 事業／計画（する） for Turkey. The schedule needs to be sped up," Energy 大臣 Taner Yildiz told Reuters.

Akkuyu NGS, the 事業／計画（する） company 始める，決める up by Rosatom, had to wait for almost a year to 得る 環境の 是認 from Turkish 当局. 同意 was given in December, 同時に起こる／一致するing with ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey.

"The Akkuyu timeline was -- and remains -- 完全に unrealistic," Aaron Stein, associate fellow at British defence and 安全 think-戦車／タンク the 王室の 部隊d Services 学校／設ける (RUSI), said. "The 問題／発行する has, in 最近の months, become far more 複雑にするd because of Russia's 経済的な 悪化／低下."

Rosatom 保持するs the 権利 to sell up to 49 パーセント of the 火刑／賭ける in its wholly owned 子会社 Akkuyu NGS. Stein of RUSI said it had tried to do so, but had 設立する no 買い手s.
