Eight killed in 空気／公表する strike as Libya 政府 目的（とする）s to 再度捕まえる 資本／首都

TRIPOLI/BENGHAZI, March 23 (Reuters) - Eight 非軍事のs were killed in an 空気／公表する strike 近づく Tripoli on Monday, the U.S. 外交官／大使 said, as Libya's 国祭的な recognised 政府 圧力（をかける）d on with an 強襲，強姦 to 再度捕まえる the 資本／首都 it abandoned to a 競争相手 派閥 last year.
Four years after 北大西洋条約機構 軍用機s helped dislodge 独裁者 Muammar Gaddafi, Libya has descended into 大混乱, with two 競争相手 政府s fighting for 支配（する）／統制する, both fielding armies of former 反逆者／反逆する 闘士，戦闘機s and 空気／公表する 軍隊s that 爆弾 競争相手 領土.
The 国祭的な recognised 政府 has been based in the country's east since 存在 driven out of the 資本／首都 last August by an 同盟 of 武装した groups called Libya's 夜明け, which has 始める，決める up its own 競争相手 政府 and 議会.
On Friday, the eastern-based 政府 発表するd an 強襲，強姦 to 再度捕まえる Tripoli, even as the 味方するs are both …に出席するing U.N.-hosted peace 会談 in Morocco.
Western countries 恐れる a total 崩壊（する） of central 当局 in a country of 6 million people a short sail away from Europe. Islamist 交戦的なs, 含むing 闘士，戦闘機s who 布告する 忠義 to al Qaeda or Islamic 明言する／公表する, have taken advantage of the 大混乱 to 設立する bases, attack oil fields and enter central 地域s.
軍隊s loyal to the eastern 政府 （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for the 空気／公表する strike in Ta rhouna, a town south of Tripoli, 説 they had 攻撃する，衝突する a 軍の base. They also said they 発射 負かす／撃墜する a jet flown by Libya's 夜明け.
"Terrible news today from Tarhouna where eight innocent 追い出すd Tawergha killed in 空気／公表する strikes," U.S. 外交官／大使 Deborah Jones said in a tweet, referring to members of a 少数，小数派 group, thousands of whom were 追い出すd after Gaddafi fell.
"This 暴力／激しさ serves no one's 利益／興味s," said Jones, who is based outside Libya since most 外交官s were 避難させるd from Tripoli last year.
The eastern 長，指導者 of army staff said in a 声明 its 計画（する）s had 攻撃する，衝突する a Libya 夜明け 兵舎, not a Tawergha （軍の）野営地，陣営, 需要・要求するing an 陳謝 from Jones.
But Mohamed al-Tarhouni, 広報担当者 of the town's municipality, said nobody had been killed in the strike which he said had 攻撃する，衝突する an empty farm 近づく a （軍の）野営地，陣営 of 追い出すd Tawergha.
Jones and Louai El-Ghawi, an eastern 国会議員, said there were 報告（する）／憶測s that several family members of a 陸軍大佐 …に反対するd to Libya 夜明け had been killed in Tarhouna in an 明らかな 復讐 attack, but 詳細（に述べる）s were 不明瞭な. The eastern 長，指導者 of staff said 夜明け 支持者s had killed eight members of the family.
軍隊s in the western Zintan 地域, where 武装した groups are 連合した to the eastern 政府, said they had 発射 負かす／撃墜する a Libya's 夜明け jet trying to attack the 地元の airport.
"Two 操縦するs of the 夜明け jet 負かす／撃墜するd this morning have been 設立する," said Omar Matooq, 広報担当者 of Zintan airport. "One of them was 設立する dead after 苦しむing 燃やすs. The other 操縦する is alive and has been 逮捕（する）d."
An 公式の／役人 in the Tripoli 行政 支援するd by Libya's 夜明け said the 計画（する） had 衝突，墜落d 予定 to a technical fault.
West ern countries 恐れる that the fighting could create more room for 交戦的なs from Islamic 明言する／公表する, who have （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for several high-profile attacks since the start of this year, such as the 嵐／襲撃するing of a Tripoli hotel which killed five foreigners and the beheading of Egyptian Copts on a beach.
The 国際連合 has been trying to 説得する the 競争相手 政府s to form a まとまり 閣僚 and agree on a 停戦, but the fighting and 内部の 分割s on both 味方するs have 土台を崩すd 対話.
"There is a chance that we can make 進歩 and have the first 指名するs for a まとまり 政府 this week. It is going to be a difficult discussion," said U.N. Special （外交）使節／代表 Bernardino Leon.
The eastern 政府 has 連合した itself with Khalifa Haftar, an army general who started his own war against Islamists in the east in May. It has （刑事）被告 Libya's 夜明け of having 関係 to Islamists 交戦的なs.
