LONDON, March 23 (Reuters) - Banks must stop 仲買人s 株ing order (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) under a new 全世界の code of 行為/行う that 禁止(する)s 伝統的な slang usages and gives 売買業者s more 指導基準s for what they can and cannot say about the world's biggest 財政上の market.

The 8-page 文書, seen by Reuters, is part of 成果/努力s to を回避する 乱用s after two years of スキャンダル over market 巧みな操作. It was agreed this month by the foreign 為替市場 委員会s run by all of the developed world's major central banks.

It will sit as a 全世界の guide on 最高の,を越す of the 存在するing codes 認可するd by each 委員会 and also 教えるs 資産 経営者/支配人s to work harder at 確実にするing they are getting the best 取引,協定 they can on 通貨 処理/取引s for their (弁護士の)依頼人s.

"FX market 関係者s are advised to 適用する the 全世界の 'high-level 原則s' 始める,決める out in this 文書 to the FX market as it 発展させるs, 含むing with 尊敬(する)・点 to new FX 製品s, 過程s and 科学(工学)技術s," the 文書, 時代遅れの March 12, said.

Two years of regulatory 調査s that have led to several billion dollars in 罰金s for banks have quashed the constant chatter of a market 伝統的に keen on 関係-building by phone, in 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業s and over electronic 雑談(する)s.

罰金ing banks late last year, 当局 said 売買業者s had used code 指名するs to identify (弁護士の)依頼人s without 指名するing them and swapped (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) in online chatrooms with pseu donyms such as "the 3 musketeers" and "1 team, 1 dream".

The Bank of England, after the 解雇(する)ing of 長,指導者 売買業者 ツバメ Mallett for what its 知事 said was a string of misjudgements, last month 始める,決める tougher 内部の 支配するs for staff who speak 定期的に with 社債 and 通貨 仲買人s.

Banks have also placed 限界s on how 売買業者s talk to peers, (弁護士の)依頼人s and the 圧力(をかける), but many 関係者s say they are still 不明瞭な about what is appropriate and what not and say it has 減少(する)d 適切な時期s to make money on 貿易(する)ing.

The code 捜し出すs to categorise confidential (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) and 供給する more 指導/手引 on what 関係者s can say to each other about the market, 特に around orders submitted for 死刑執行 in the daily (判断の)基準 直す/買収する,八百長をするing 開会/開廷/会期s.

"FX market 関係者s should not pass on FX 貿易(する)ing (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) to other FX market 関係者s that might enable those (独立の)存在s to 心配する the flows of a 明確な/細部 (弁護士の)依頼人 or counterparty, 含むing around a 直す/買収する,八百長をする," it said.

"It is 許容できる to 株 with 顧客s a 見解(をとる) on the general 明言する/公表する of and 傾向s in the market. However, any market colour given regarding market activity should be 十分に aggregated and anonymised so as to not 公表する/暴露する FX 貿易(する)ing (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) or 指定するd Confidential (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状)."

Whether it be cockney rhyming slang 起こる/始まるing in London's East End or impromptu descriptions of central and other banks based on 国家の stereotypes, 売買業者s have also invented codes to 述べる types of 投資家. The new 支配するs 捜し出す to 長,率いる that off too.

"These 政策s should also 禁じる counterparty and 顧客 anonymity from 存在 回避するd through the use of slang or pseudonyms, both externally and internally," the code said. (付加 報告(する)/憶測ing b y Anirban Nag, Editing by Jeremy Gaunt/Ruth Pitchford)
