Libyan 政府 軍用機s attack タンカー 近づく central city

TRIPOLI/BENGHAZI, Libya, May 24 (Reuters) - 軍用機s from Libya's 公式の／役人 政府 attacked an oil タンカー afloat 近づく the city of Sirte on Sunday, 負傷させるing two people and setting the ship on 解雇する／砲火／射撃, 公式の／役人s said.
It was the third 確認するd strike by the 国祭的な recognised 政府 on oil タンカーs, part of a 衝突 between competing 行政s and 議会s 連合した to 武装した 派閥s fighting for 支配（する）／統制する of the country four years after the 追い出すing of Muammar Gaddafi.
The recognised 首相 Abdullah al-Thinni has been working out of the east since losing the 資本／首都 Tripoli in August last year to a 競争相手 派閥. Both 味方するs have been attacking each other with 軍用機s and thanks to loose 同盟s with former anti-Gaddafi 反逆者／反逆するs have also been fighting on several 前線s on the land.
"Our jets 警告するd an unflagged ship off Sirte city, but it ignored the 警告," the eastern 空気／公表する 軍隊 指揮官 Saqer al-Joroushi told Reuters.
"We gave it a chance to 評価する the 状況／情勢, then our fighting jets attacked the ship because it was 荷を降ろすing 闘士，戦闘機s and 武器s," he 追加するd.
"The ship now is on 解雇する／砲火／射撃. We are in war and we do not 受託する any 安全 違反s, whether by land, 空気／公表する or sea," Jourushi 追加するd.
Mohamed El Harari, a 広報担当者 for Tripoli-based 明言する／公表する oil 会社／堅い NOC, said the Libyan タンカー Anwar Afriqya had been carrying 燃料 for Sirte's 力／強力にする 工場／植物. Another oil 産業 公式の／役人 said the size of the 貨物 was 25,000 tonnes.
Rida Essa, 指揮官 of 沿岸の guards in central Libya loyal to the Tripoli-based 競争相手 政府, said the タンカー had been 荷を降ろすing gasoil for the 工場／植物 when it （機の）カム under attack. The ship was still on 解雇する／砲火／射撃, he said.
He said a 乗組員 member and a port 労働者 had been 負傷させるd.
Sirte's 力／強力にする 工場／植物 on the western 郊外s is controlled by 軍隊s loyal to Tripoli. The 残り／休憩（する） of the city has fallen into the 手渡すs of Islamic 明言する／公表する which has 偉業／利用するd a 安全 vacuum.
The eastern 政府 had already attacked in January a Greek-operated タンカー ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れるing at Derna, 殺人，大当り two seamen and 告発する／非難するing the shipper of sending 武器s. NOC had said the タンカー was only carrying 激しい 燃料 oil for a 力／強力にする 工場／植物.
Two weeks ago 軍隊s loyal to the 公式の／役人 governmen 爆撃するd a Turkish ship off the Libyan coast after it was 警告するd not to approach. One 乗組員 member was killed in what Turkey 述べるd as a "contemptible attack".
