LONDON, Aug 23 (Reuters) - England captain Alastair Cook said 敗北・負かす in the final 実験（する） against Australia would not take the 向こうずね off his team's 業績／成就 of 回復するing the Ashes.
Australia won the fifth 実験（する） at The Oval by an innings and 46 runs on Sunday to leave England as 3-2 勝利者s of the series.
"We can't let this loss take the gloss off a special summer," a beaming Cook said before 存在 現在のd with the Ashes urn.
"Credit to Australia and the character they showed to bounce 支援する here. They have shown what a good team they are and to have beaten them three times is a credit to our guys.
"The fact we were underdogs before the series helped us. We were able to play with a bit of freedom and put them under 圧力 at 決定的な times.
