Cambodia says no 計画（する） to take more 難民s from Australian 拘留，拘置 （軍の）野営地，陣営

PHNOM PENH/SYDNEY, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Cambodia said on Monday it did not ーするつもりである to 受託する any more 難民s from a South 太平洋の 拘留，拘置 centre under an 協定 with Australia, 取引，協定ing a blow to the 議論の的になる resettlement 計画／陰謀 criticised by 権利s groups.
Australia has 公約するd to stop 亡命 探検者s sailing from Indonesia and Sri Lanka and 上陸 on its shores, instead 迎撃するing boats and 転換ing the people to （軍の）野営地，陣営s in Papua New Guinea and Nauru.
Australia and Cambodia agreed last September that some 難民s from Nauru would be 再定住させるd in Cambodia in 交流 for Australian 援助（する）, but only four have arrived since then.
"We have no 計画（する）s to receive more 難民s from Nauru," Cambodian 内部の 省 広報担当者 General Khieu Sopheak told Reuters.
"With the 状況／情勢 of our country like this, we can't receive hundreds or thousands of them. The いっそう少なく we receive, the better."
Australian 外務大臣 Julie Bishop 否定するd the 取引，協定 had 崩壊（する）d.
"Cambodia is committed to a 地域の 解答 and has committed through a memorandum of understanding with the Australian 政府 to 再定住させる some 亡命 探検者s who are 設立する to be 本物の 難民s," Bishop told reporters in Sydney.
"It wishes to harness the 技術s of foreign 労働者s and in this way, they can 再定住させる people into Cambodia and help 上げる their GDP."
As part of the 取引，協定 発表するd last year, Cambodia will get A$40 million ($28.56 million) in 付加 援助（する） 関わりなく how many 亡命 探検者s it takes in.
権利s groups have 非難するd Australia for trying to 再定住させる 難民s in poorer countries like Cambodia, which is frequently in the スポットライト for human 権利s 乱用s and with an economy いっそう少なく than one パーセント the size of Australia's.
A 広報担当者 for Australia 対立, Richard Marles, 述べるd the Cambodia 取引，協定 as "an expensive joke".
The three Iranians and one Rohingya, a mostly stateless イスラム教徒 少数，小数派 from Myanmar, who travelled to Cambodia in June under the 計画（する）, have been living in a 郊外住宅 in Phnom Penh 供給するd by the International Organization for 移住 and 基金d by Australia.
