U.N. 気候 会談 begin divided, but with hope for Paris （許可，名誉などを）与える

BONN, Germany, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Chances that 政府s will work out a U.N. （許可，名誉などを）与える to 戦闘 気候 change in December seem brighter than in the run-up to a failed 試みる／企てる in 2009, 専門家s said as 委任する／代表s from almost 200 nations met on Monday, hoping to 橋（渡しをする） 深い 分割s.
