Egypt 調印するs を取り引きする 中国 Construction to build, 財政／金融, part of new 資本／首都
CAIRO, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Egypt 調印するd an 協定 with a Chinese company on building and 財政／金融ing part of a planned new 行政の 資本／首都 east of Cairo, the 投資 大臣 told Reuters on Monday.
The memorandum of understanding calls for 中国 明言する／公表する Construction 工学 会社／団体, also known as 中国 Construction, to "熟考する／考慮する building and 財政／金融ing" the 行政の part of the new 資本／首都, which will 含む 省s, 政府 機関s and the 大統領，／社長's office.
Egypt had so far only 最高潮の場面d the 関与 of the UAE's 資本／首都 City Partners (CCP), which 調印するd an 初期の 協定 for the mega-事業／計画（する） at a March 経済的な 首脳会議.
Egypt's 住宅 大臣 in June 定評のある "複雑化s" in 契約 交渉s with UAE 実業家 Mohamed Alabbar, the 設立するing partner of CCP.
The new 資本／首都 is one of a 一連の mega-事業／計画（する）s 発表するd by 大統領 Abdel Fattah al-Sisi designed to attract foreign 投資 and create 職業s in a country with a にわか景気ing 全住民 of 90 million.
The 提案するd city, which Egypt 計画（する）s to build within five to seven years at a cost of $45 billion, has been criticised by some Egyptians as unnecessary and ill-conceived.
