Hollande opens French doors to 難民s にもかかわらず 対立

PARIS, Sept 7 (Reuters) - フラン is ready to take in 24,000 難民s as part of European Union 計画（する）s to welcome more than 100,000 in the next two years, French 大統領 Francois Hollande said on Monday, 解任するing opinion 投票s showing public 対立 to the move.
Hollande said he and German leader Angela Merkel 手配中の，お尋ね者 the 28-country EU to 支援する a "永久の, 義務的な system" under which each country would be 強いるd to take its fair 株 of a total of 120,000 migrants.
"This is a 危機, and it is a 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な and 劇の one. It can be brought under 支配（する）／統制する and it will be," he told a news 会議／協議会.
Asked about 投票s showing 55 パーセント of French people …に反対する admitting more 難民s or 緩和 亡命 手続きs to 対処する with the EU's 移住 危機, Hollande said public opinion was fickle but 亡命 was a 憲法の 権利 and a moral 義務.

Britain is also considering joining U.S.-led 連合 爆破 （警察の）手入れ，急襲s on IS in Syria.
FIERCE DEBATE
The numbers of 難民s crossing the Mediterranean and Aegean seas and the Balkans in search of 聖域 in Europe has 誘発するd 猛烈な／残忍な 審議 in フラン, with far-権利, 国家の 前線 leader 海洋 Le Pen 主要な 対立 to 開始 the 国境s.
