Burkina to return to 非軍事の 支配する after クーデター, 調停者 says

OUAGADOUGOU, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Burkina Faso will 復帰させる an 暫定的な 政府 led by 大統領 Michel Kafando, Benin's leader Thomas Boni Yayi said on Saturday, in what would be a victory for the street over army クーデター leaders.
捜し出すing to end violent 衝突／不一致s between 兵士s and 抗議する人s and 海難救助 an October 大統領の 選挙, African 調停者s held 会談 with 革命評議会 長，率いる General Gilbert Diendere.
"We may hope again," Boni Yayi told reporters after a third 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 会談 with Diendere. "We are going to 再発進する the 移行 that was 進行中で - a 移行 led by 非軍事のs, with Michel Kafando," he 追加するd, 説 that more 詳細（に述べる）s of the "good news" would be 供給するd on Sunday.

Diendere did not 否定する that an 初期の 協定 had been reached. "I always said that I will not 粘着する to 力／強力にする. It's now a question of 条件," he told reporters after the 会合.
Sold iers from the 大統領の guard 嵐／襲撃するd into a 閣議 on Wednesday and 誘拐するd 大統領 Kafando and 大臣s, 混乱に陥れる／中断させるing a 移行 period 予定 to end with 選挙s on October 11.
Calling themselves the 国家の Democratic 会議, the クーデター leaders …に反対する the 暫定的な 政府's 計画（する）s to 解散させる the 大統領の guard and （人命などを）奪う，主張する the country 直面するd 不安定 after some 候補者s were 閉めだした from standing in the 選挙s.
"We 簡単に want a 始める，決める of 提案s that 許す us to get to the 選挙s in all peace and serenity while 保証するing that the results are uncontested and incontestable," Diedere told TV 5 MONDE earlier in the day.
Kafando has since been 解放する／自由なd and is in his 住居, where he met with 調停者s earlier in the day. He has not spoken 公然と since the クーデター was 発表するd on Thursday.
STREET RESILIENCE
Burkina Faso, whose 国民s 倒れるd 大統領 Compaore last year as he sought to 延長する his 27-year 支配する, had been seen as beacon for democratic aspirations across sub-Saharan Africa.
At least 10 people have been killed and more than 100 負傷させるd in street 衝突／不一致s with 兵士s since the クーデター. Most of the 死傷者s were 扱う／治療するd for 射撃 負傷させるs.

Young people （権力などを）行使するing sticks and slingshots dragged 鉄道 盗品故買者s into the streets of Ouagadougou to 封鎖する 兵士s.
Unlike on previous days, there was no 調印する of 兵士s from the エリート 大統領の guard in central Ouagadougou, although 居住（者）s 報告（する）／憶測d 時折起こる 砲火 in the 郊外s.
The streets were nearly 砂漠d by nightfall in 同意／服従 with a 外出禁止令.
In the 最新の 調印する that support for Diendere may be 崩壊（する）ing, army 長，指導者 General Pingrenoma Zagre joined 国家の and international actors in 非難するing the 暴力／激しさ on Saturday.
The African Union has 一時停止するd the West African country's 会員の地位 and given leaders 96 hours, or until Sept. 22, to 回復する the former 政府.
The クーデター has also been 非難するd by the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, former 植民地の 力／強力にする フラン and the 国際連合.
Under Compaore, Burkina 現れるd as a 地域の 同盟（する） of フラン and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs against al Qaeda-linked 交戦的なs thought to be active in the north 同様に as 隣人ing Mali.
Burkina hosts some 200 special 軍隊s as part of フラン's Barkhane 地域の anti-テロリスト 操作／手術, while Diendere took part in U.S.-sponsored 地域の 反対する-テロ行為 演習s in February.
