AUSTIN, Texas, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Renault will be taking an 昇格d, more powerful engine to Austin for this 週末's U.S. 決まり文句／製法 One Grand Prix but Red Bull and Toro Rosso will have to 受託する grid 刑罰，罰則s if they want to use it.
