Pygmy and Bantu leaders 調印する peace 取引，協定 in southeast Congo
KINSHASA, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Leaders of two 民族の groups in the Democratic 共和国 of Congo have 調印するd an 協定 ーするつもりであるd to end a 衝突 which has killed hundreds and 追い出すd tens of thousands, a 地元の 行動主義者 said on Wednesday.
暴力／激しさ since May 2013 in southeast Congo between 民兵s 代表するing the Luba, a Bantu 民族の group, and Twa, has 含むd large-規模 大虐殺s.
David Ngoy Luhaka, a priest and member of the Diocesan （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 for 司法（官） and Peace, said leaders from the two communities 調印するd the （許可，名誉などを）与える on Saturday outside the town of Kalemie.
He said he was 確信して that the （許可，名誉などを）与える would help 減ずる 衝突 between the Twa and Luba, but 警告を与えるd that the politicisation of the 状況／情勢 remained a 関心.

"The members of the 委員会s 調印するd a code of 約束／交戦 that they would remain 中立の, that they would be impartial and that they would 尊敬（する）・点 human 権利s," Luhaka said.
Thirty-four people from the two groups are 直面するing 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 集団殺戮 and 罪，犯罪s against humanity in a Congolese 法廷，裁判所 over the 暴力／激しさ.
