Britain needs 貿易（する） 関係 with 中国 to talk about human 権利s-Cameron
LONDON, Oct 21 (Reuters) - 総理大臣 David Cameron said on Wednesday Britain could not have a "frank" discussion with 中国 about 問題／発行するs such as human 権利s if it did not have a strong 経済的な and 貿易（する） 関係 with the country.
At a 共同の news 会議／協議会 with Chinese 大統領 Xi Jinping, Cameron also said Beijing had 計画（する）s to 減ずる the 供給（する） of cheap steel which has 傷つける Britain's struggling steel making 産業. (報告（する）／憶測ing by William James, editing by Elizabeth Piper)
