U.S. food distributor Sysco to buy London's ブレーキs Group
Feb 22 (Reuters) - Sysco Corp, the largest U.S. food distributor, said it would buy London-based food distributor ブレーキs Group from Bain 資本／首都 私的な 公正，普通株主権 in a 取引，協定 valued at about $3.1 billion to 強化する its presence in Europe.
Sysco's 株 fell as much as 6.5 パーセント, their steepest intra-day 減少（する） since May 2010, to $42.05 in midday 貿易（する）ing on Monday.
