"At the time, what I did more than anything was cry," Luna says of the experience, speaking though an interpreter.
With some gumption and good luck, however, Luna became one of a select few who 得るd special 合法的な certification that can 許す undocumented 犠牲者s of 罪，犯罪s and human trafficking to remain in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs while their 事例／患者s are 調査／捜査するd.
Now in a 全国的な precedent, New York City's （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 on Human 権利s will be 問題／発行するing that same certification, the first anti-差別 機関 in a major U.S. city to do so.
Under the new system, undocumented 犠牲者s of 罪，犯罪s such as 性の 強襲，強姦 or human trafficking can 捜し出す 合法的な certification from the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 which they in turn can 服従させる／提出する to the U.S. 連邦の 政府 to 適用する for a 専攻するd ビザ.
