Former Thai PM Thaksin 警告するs on economy, says no を取り引きする 軍の

SINGAPORE, Feb 23 (Reuters) - 逃亡者／はかないもの former Thai 総理大臣 Thaksin Shinawatra 警告するd Thailand's 判決，裁定 generals on Tuesday that a 長引かせるd stay in 力／強力にする will only より悪くする 経済的な hardship in Southeast Asia's second-largest economy.
The 革命評議会, which took 力／強力にする に引き続いて a May 2014 クーデター, has struggled to 生き返らせる Southeast Asia's second-largest economy まっただ中に 落ちるing 輸出（する）s and high 世帯 負債 and critics say 経済的な mismanagement is the biggest 脅し to its 持つ／拘留する on 力／強力にする.
Speaking to Reuters in Singapore, Thaksin, 66, said the 革命評議会 欠如（する）d the 見通し and talent to 直す／買収する，八百長をする an economy in 混乱.
"It is a 政府 with no freedom and no pool of talent to 運動 the economy," Thaksin told Reuters. "The longer they stay, the longer 経済的な hardship is going to be there."
A １０年間 of 騒然とした politics has pitted Thaksin and his sister, former 総理大臣 Yingluck Shinawatra, whose 政府 was 追い出すd in the 2014 クーデター, against a royalist-軍の 設立 that sees the Shinawatras as a 脅し.
Thaksin on Tuesday 否定するd long-standing 報告（する）／憶測s he had struck a backroom を取り引きする the 軍の to leave his personal and family 利益／興味s untouched in 交流 for a 退却／保養地 from politics.
"We are not talking. I have never telephoned anyone. I don't know why I would get in touch with them and I have no need to," Thaksin said.
Thaksin has lived in self-課すd 追放する for nearly eight years, おもに in Dubai.

The May 2014 クーデター was the 最新の instalment in more than a １０年間 of bitter 力／強力にする struggle that has 弱めるd an economy that was once a 向こうずねing beacon of 進歩 in Southeast Asia.
Thailand has gone through six 首相s since Thaksin was 除去するd in a 2006 クーデター and finds itself once again at a 決定的な political juncture.
The 革命評議会 has 約束d 選挙s next year. But some critics are 懐疑的な, 説 the 軍の's 客観的な is to 封鎖する Thaksin's 同盟（する）s from returning to 力／強力にする and to 強固にする／合併する／制圧する the 軍の's own 力／強力にするs by 令状ing them into a new 憲法.
Another undercurrent of the 危機 is a 深い 苦悩 over the 問題／発行する of 王室の succession. 病んでいる King Bhumibol Adulyadej, 88, the world's longest 統治するing 君主, has been in hospital since May and has been 扱う／治療するd for さまざまな illnesses.
His 相続人, 栄冠を与える Prince Vajiralongkorn, does not 命令（する） the same 尊敬（する）・点 as his father. 確実にするing a smooth succession will be a daunting 仕事 for whoever is in 力／強力にする.
Thaksin was という評判の to be clos e to the prince but said he has not seen him since 2007.
"There is no 関係 with him, only that I 尊敬（する）・点 him," he said.
Thaksin's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to speak to マスコミ this week has riled the 革命評議会.
"He remains a person without 信用性 who thinks he is above the 法律," 政府 広報担当者 Major General Sansern Kaewkamnerd told reporters.
The 政府 has 拒絶するd Thaksin's 申し込む／申し出 to 持つ／拘留する formal 会談 on the country's political 未来.
"They said they can't talk to me because of the 事例／患者s against me but a クーデター is a bigger 罪，犯罪," Thaksin said.
Thaksin, who said he spends his time 会合 up with old friends 含むing former 長，率いるs of 明言する／公表する, said he has adjusted to his nomadic life and makes, on 普通の／平均（する）, 120 上陸s a year in his 私的な jet.
He believes he will return to Thailand one day but won't go 支援する to 直面する 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s or live under 自宅監禁 because of previous 暗殺 試みる／企てるs.
"I am 確信して I can return," he said. "I am not the bad person I am （刑事）被告 of 存在."
