Fresh activity seen at North Korea 核の 場所／位置 -U.S. think 戦車／タンク
WASHINGTON, April 15 (Reuters) - A U.S. 研究 学校／設ける said on Friday it had seen fresh activity in 衛星 images of North Korea's main 核の コンビナート／複合体, 示唆するing that 再生するing may be 進行中で to produce more プルトニウム for 原子の 爆弾s.
A 報告（する）／憶測 this month on the 38 North website run by the Johns Hopkins University's School of 前進するd International 熟考する／考慮するs said exhaust plumes had been （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd from the thermal 工場／植物 at Yongbyon's 放射化学の 研究室／実験室, the 場所／位置's main 再生するing 取り付け・設備 to produce プルトニウム.
On Friday, a new 38 North 報告（する）／憶測 said more 最近の imagery showed a 負担d 鉄道／強行採決する flatcar at the 放射化学の 研究室／実験室, 穴掘り と一緒に a building used to 蓄える／店 waste from earlier 再生するing and 穴掘り work at the 冷静な／正味のing water cistern of the 場所／位置's 実験の Light Water 原子炉.
It said the activity was 一貫した with a Feb. 9 査定／評価 by the director of U.S. 国家の 知能, James Clapper, who said North Korea could begin to 回復する プルトニウム from spent 燃料 "within a 事柄 of weeks to months" and 示すd that it "has already begun or 計画（する）s to 開始する a 再生するing （選挙などの）運動をする to separate 付加 プルトニウム for 核の 武器s."

"負担d railcars have only been 観察するd h ere on a few rare occasions in the 早期に 2000s, all associated with a 再生するing （選挙などの）運動をする," it said.
The prospect of North Korea acquiring more プルトニウム will be looked on with 関心 by the 国際連合 安全 会議, 含むing Pyongyang's 単独の major 同盟（する）, 中国. The 会議 agreed to 堅い new 許可／制裁s on North Korea after it 行為／行うd its fourth 核の 実験（する） on Jan. 6 and a long-範囲 ロケット／急騰する 開始する，打ち上げる a month later.

On Wednesday, 38 North said 衛星 imagery from April 11 showed activity at North Korea's Punggye-ri 核の 実験（する） 場所／位置 and that the 可能性 of a fifth 核の 実験（する） "could not be 支配するd out."
