Eastern Libyan 指揮官's 軍隊s 掴む 重要な oil ports

BENGHAZI, Libya, Sept 11 (Reuters) - 軍隊s loyal to east Libyan 指揮官 Khalifa Haftar on Sunday 掴むd at least two 重要な oil ports from a 競争相手 軍隊 loyal to the U.N.-支援するd 政府, 危険ing a new 衝突 over the 石油輸出国機構 nation's 資源s.
Ahmed al-Mismari, a 広報担当者 for Haftar's self-styled Libyan 国家の Army (LNA), said its 闘士，戦闘機s had 十分な 支配（する）／統制する of Es Sider, Ras Lanuf, Brega and Zueitina after 開始する，打ち上げるing an 早期に morning 軍の 操作／手術 on the eve of the イスラム教徒 holiday of Eid.
The attacks on Libya's major oil ports by Haftar, who …に反対するs the U.N.-支援するd 政府 of 国家の （許可，名誉などを）与える (GNA), could derail 成果／努力s to 再開する 生産／産物. Those 成果／努力s are seen as 批判的な to saving Libya's economy and helping the GNA 生き残る.
The 国家の Oil 会社／団体 in Tripoli 確認するd LNA 支配（する）／統制する of Es Sider and Ras Lanuf, while the 状況／情勢 in Brega and Zueitina could not be 独立して 立証するd.
武装した 衝突, political 論争s and 交戦的な attacks have 減ずるd Libya's oil 生産／産物 to about 200,000 バーレル／樽s per day (bpd) from the 1.6 million bpd it was producing before an 反乱 倒れるd Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.
Western 明言する／公表するs have 支援するd the GNA to stabilise a country where 大混乱 許すd Islamist 交戦的なs and migrant smugglers to operate across 列s of 領土.
But Haftar, a former army general who has been a d ivisive 人物／姿／数字 in 地位，任命する-Gaddafi Libya, has resisted 試みる／企てるs to 統合する him into 統一するd 武装した 軍隊s and 打ち勝つ 分割s between 派閥s in the east and west.
Many in western Libya and Tripoli 非難する Haftar as a former Gaddafi 同盟（する） bent on 設立するing a 軍の 独裁政治, but he has become a political figurehead for many in the east who feel abandoned by the 資本／首都.
A 政府 and 議会 based in the east still resist the GNA's 当局 in Tripoli and they have in the past tried to sell 天然のまま themselves.
In a 声明 解放（する）d late on Sunday, the GNA's leadership, or 大統領の 会議, called the attacks an "unjustified escalation" that would "長引かせる the period of 衝突" in Libya.
EXPORT QUESTIONS
The ports 的d by the LNA were 以前 under the 支配（する）／統制する of the 石油 施設s Guard (PFG), whose leader, Ibrahim Jathran, struck a を取り引きする the GNA in July to end its 封鎖 of Ras Lanuf, Es Sider and Zueitina.
But although the 国家の Oil 会社／団体 (NOC) recently 申し込む／申し出d two 貨物s for 輸出（する） from Ras Lanuf, there had been little 調印する of any 早い 再開 of 生産／産物 in 最近の weeks, and 支配（する）／統制する by Haftar's 旅団s could make the 取引，協定 irrelevant.
Mismari said the LNA had been able to 掴む Ras Lanuf and Es Sider quickly because it had won over 地元の tribes before 行う／開催する／段階ing a 早い 前進する. "This 軍隊 was 存在 用意が出来ている for a long time, and it entered without any 抵抗 from Jathran's 軍隊s," he told Reuters.
One 証言，証人／目撃する said there had been a 激しい （軍隊などの）展開，配備 of LNA armoured 乗り物s around Ras Lanuf and Es Sider.
Akram Buhaliqa, a second LNA 広報担当者, said there had been no 死傷者s の中で LNA 軍隊s, although the NOC said a small 燃料 戦車／タンク for 力／強力にする 世代 had been 始める，決める 燃えて in Es Sider.
On Sunday afternoon, 居住（者）s said LNA 軍隊s had taken 支配（する）／統制する of a large house belonging to Jathran's family in a 居住の 地区 of Ajdabiya に引き続いて 衝突／不一致s.
Jathran's exact どの辺に were not （疑いを）晴らす but in an 控訴，上告 broadcast on a プロの／賛成の-Haftar TV 駅／配置する, the leader of the eastern Magharba tribe, Saleh al-Ateiwish, called on Jathran to return to the tribe and "to ask his people to 降伏する and let them go to their families without any losses".
Ras Lanuf and Es Sider were 不正に 損失d earlier this year in attacks by Islamic 明言する／公表する 交戦的なs based in Sirte, where they are on the 瀬戸際 of 敗北・負かす by 軍隊s 提携させるd with the GNA 支援するd by U.S. 空気／公表する strikes.
