Guinea Bissau agrees to 取引，協定 目的（とする）d at ending 危機
BISSAU, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Guinea Bissau political 競争相手s have agreed to a road 地図／計画する that 含むs the 形式 of a new 政府, によれば a 声明 from 地域の 調停者s 捜し出すing to end a year-long political 危機 in the West African country.
大統領 Jose Mario Vaz 解任するd 首相 Domingos Simoes Pereira in August 2015 and the country's political 会・原則s have been paralysed by infighting since then.

A team of 調停者s from 地域の 圏 ECOWAS, led by 隣人ing Guinea's 大統領 Alpha Conde and Sierra Leone's Ernest Bai Koroma, spent Saturday in 会談 with stakeholders in the 資本／首都 Bissau.
"The (parties 協議するd) have all shown their support for the 計画（する） 提案するd by 調停者s," said Guinea's 政府 late on Saturday, after 会合s with the 大統領，／社長, 首相, PAIGC 同様に as the main 野党 PRS.
"T he signals 存在 sent are 安心させるing that the 危機 in Guinea Bissau is beginning to 緩和する," the 声明 said.
The six-point 計画（する） 含むs a 予選 協定 to form a 合意 政府, an 協定 to 改革（する） the 憲法 and the defence 部門, it said.
It gave no timeframe for the new 政府.
Previous 内部の and 外部の 成果／努力s to 解決する the political 行き詰まる have failed.
The 危機 has 妨げるd 議会 from agreeing 予算s and has 封鎖するd international 援助（する） on which the poor, cashew-輸出（する）ing country of 1.7 million depends.
