Syria 反逆者／反逆するs guardedly agree on 一時休戦 but 戦う／戦いs 固執する

BEIRUT, Sept 11 (Reuters) - 政府 軍隊／機動隊s and 謀反のs fought in several parts of Syria on Sunday, 明らかに 捜し出すing to 強化する their positions on the eve of a 停戦 that 解放する／自由な Syrian Army 反逆者／反逆するs said they would 観察する but with major 保留（地）／予約s.
The 解放する／自由な Syrian Army groups wrote to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs on Sunday about the 取引，協定 it agreed on with Russia, 説 that while they would "協力する 前向きに／確かに" with the 停戦, they were 関心d it would 利益 the 政府.
Although the letter did not explicitly say the groups would がまんする by the 停戦, two 反逆者／反逆するs who 確認するd its text to Reuters said they would 尊敬（する）・点 the 停戦 when it comes into 軍隊 on Monday evening.
But によれば the letter, the groups are worried by the absence of 施行 機械装置s, a 欠如（する） of 準備／条項 for 包囲するd areas and 条項s letting army jets 飛行機で行く for up to nine days after the 取引，協定 comes into 影響.

Syri a's five-year civil war has killed hundreds of thousands of people and 追い出すd 11 million - half the country's 戦前の 全住民 - 原因（となる）ing a 難民 危機 in the Middle East and Europe and 奮起させるing jihadist attacks around the world.

Previous peace 協定s 崩壊するd within weeks, with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 告発する／非難するing Assad and his 同盟（する）s of attacking 対立 groups and 非軍事のs. On Saturday, 空気／公表する strikes on 反逆者／反逆する-held areas killed 得点する／非難する／２０s of people.
"A big part of the 協定 serves the 政権 and doesn't 適用する 圧力 on it and doesn't serve the Syrian people," said Zakaria Malahifji of the Aleppo-based 反逆者／反逆する group Fastaqim.
Syria's 政府 has not 問題／発行するd an 公式の／役人 comment on the 一時休戦, but Syrian 明言する／公表する マスコミ on Saturday 引用するd what it called 私的な sources as 説 the 政府 had given its 是認. Iran welcomed the 取引，協定 on Sunday.
ISLAMIC STATE EXCLUDED
The 停戦 will not 適用する to the jihadist groups Islamic 明言する／公表する or Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, known as the Nusra 前線 until it broke formal 忠誠 to al Qaeda and changed its 指名する.
The 反逆者／反逆する groups 令状ing to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs said the 除外 of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, which operates only inside Syria, while 含むing Iran-支援するd foreign Shi'ite 民兵s that operate across international 国境s showed a 二塁打 基準.
They 追加するd in their letter that its 除外 from the 停戦 would be used by Russ ia as a pretext to 爆弾 other 反逆者／反逆する groups, 特記する／引用するing their experience of a failed 停止 of 敵意s earlier this year.
The Syrian 空気／公表する 軍隊 爆弾d Islamic 明言する／公表する 的s 近づく Palmyra, 明言する／公表する television 報告（する）／憶測d on Sunday, while 反逆者／反逆するs 衝突／不一致d with the group northeast of Damascus, the Syrian 観測所 for Human 権利s, a U.K.-based war 監視する said.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 警告するd 謀反のs on Saturday they would 直面する "悲惨な consequences" if they 協力するd with Jabhet Fateh al-Sham, which fought と一緒に a 範囲 of mainstream and Islamist 反逆者／反逆する groups during 激しい 戦う／戦いs in 最近の weeks in southern Aleppo.
Ahrar al-Sham, one of the largest Islamist groups の中で the 反逆者／反逆するs, which has fought と一緒に Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, criticised the 取引，協定 in a ビデオテープd speech celebrating Islam's Eid al-Adha festival, which 落ちるs on Monday, without 拒絶するing it 完全な.
