Samsung BioLogics may raise $2 bln in S. Korea's 3rd-biggest IPO

SEOUL, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Samsung BioLogics Co Ltd, a 契約 製造業者 of biotech 麻薬s for 全世界の 製薬の 会社／堅いs, said on Tuesday its 初期の public raising could raise up to $2 billion in an 申し込む／申し出ing 始める，決める to be the country's third-largest IPO.
The Samsung Group, under new de facto leader Jay Y. 物陰／風下, has been keen to 強化する its biopharmaceutical 商売／仕事s as the smartphones-to-construction 商売／仕事 empire 追跡（する）s for new sources of growth.

It will also funnel more 資源s to unlisted 部隊 Samsung Bioepis, which 目的（とする）s to （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 競争相手s to market with its lower-cost copies of some of the world's 最高の，を越す-selling biotech 麻薬s called biosimilars.
Kiwoom 安全s 分析家 Kim Joo-yong said prospects for the company looked 約束ing.
"The company specialises in monoclonal antibody 麻薬 製造業の, and almost all the blockbuster 麻薬s such as Humira, Enbrel, Remicade and Herceptin that will see strong biosimilar 需要・要求する are monoclonal antibody 製品s," he said.
The 申し込む／申し出ing of 25 パーセント of the company is 推定する／予想するd to consist of a new 株 問題／発行する of 11 million 株 and the sale of 5.5 million 存在するing 株 by Samsung Electronics Co Ltd .
With an indicative pricing 範囲 of 113,000 won-136,000 won per 株, it is 推定する／予想するd to raise as much as 2.25 一兆 won ($2 billion). The upper end of the price 範囲 would also value BioLogics at 9 一兆 won, a market value that could make it South Korea's 30th largest 公然と 貿易（する）d company.
BioLogics said 780 billion won of the proceeds will be used for factory 投資, while another 400 billion won will be 投資するd in Bioepis.
Samsung Electronics is the second-largest 株主 in BioLogics after Samsung C&T Corp, the de facto 持つ／拘留するing company for the Samsung Group
