検察官，検事s 減少（する） 調査（する） of German comedian over satirical Erdogan poem
BERLIN, Oct 4 (Reuters) - German 検察官，検事s said on Tuesday they had dropped an 調査 into a German comedian who was （刑事）被告 of 感情を害する／違反するing a foreign leader after reciting an obscene poem about Turkish 大統領 Tayyip Erdogan on 国家の television.
Comedian Jan Boehmermann read out a poem on a satirical show in March 示唆するing Erdogan engaged in bestiality and watched child pornography, 誘発するing the Turkish leader to とじ込み／提出する a （民事の）告訴 with 検察官，検事s that he had been 侮辱d.

But 検察官，検事s in the western city of Mainz said on Tuesday they had not 設立する 十分な 証拠 to 示唆する that any 犯罪の offences had been committed by Boehmermann or anyone else 伴う／関わるd in making or broadcasting the piece.
Under Germany's 犯罪の code, 侮辱s against foreign leaders are not permitted but the 政府 can decide whether to authorise 検察官，検事s to go ahead.
検察官，検事s said the 権利 to freedom of opinion could not be 保証（人）d without any 保留（地）／予約s, but pointed out that Boehmermann's recital was ーするつもりであるd to be an example of what would 構成する overstepping the 境界s of freedom of opinion rather than Boehmermann 表明するing his own 見解（をとる）s.
"Exaggerations, distortion and alienation are 特徴 of the genre of satire and caricature," 検察官，検事s said in a 声明.
They said the recital was part of a programme that is 広範囲にわたって known for 存在 satirical and the 井戸／弁護士席-知らせるd audience would have understood that what was 表明するd in it was often 誇張するd and not serious.
Daniel Krause, Boehmermann's lawyer in the Mainz 事例／患者, welcomed the 検察官，検事s' 決定／判定勝ち（する）, 説 it was "in 一致 with the 支配する of 法律 and had withstood any political 圧力".

Christian Schertz, Boehmermann's lawyer in that 事例／患者, said Merkel had overstepped her 境界s by calling Boehmermann's poem "deliberately 侮辱ing" and said that comment could have encouraged the Turkish 政府 to take steps against Boehmermann. He said Boehmermann would give a 声明 at 1630 地元の time (1430 GMT) on Wednesday.
