居住(者)s in Libya's Sirte 直面する "崩壊(する)d" health system, food 不足s - charity

LONDON, Oct 4 (Thomson Reuters 創立/基礎) - The health system in the Libyan city of Sirte has 崩壊(する)d and thousands of 居住(者)s are 直面するing 不足s of food and 薬/医学 as プロの/賛成の-政府 軍隊s 戦う/戦い to 掴む 支配(する)/統制する of the 沿岸の city from Islamic 明言する/公表する, a 医療の charity said on Tuesday.

Over the past two days, 軍隊s led by 旅団s from Misrata have 圧力(をかける)d その上の into Sirte's neighbourhood Number Three, 前進するing building by building as they try to finish a five-month-old (選挙などの)運動をする.

Islamic 明言する/公表する now 支配(する)/統制するs a 居住の (土地などの)細長い一片 of いっそう少なく than 1 km long in their former 要塞/本拠地.

The International 医療の 軍団, which has been 補助装置ing Libyans who have fled Sirte, said once Islamic 明言する/公表する was 追い出すd from the city, 政府 and 援助(する) 機関s would 直面する a 抱擁する challenge 再構築するing 組織/基盤/下部構造 and re-設立するing services.

"Sirte is a 崩壊(する)d city," said Claudio Colantoni, the International 医療の 軍団' country director for Libya.

"The 状況/情勢 is 劇の. The health system is 完全に 崩壊(する)d, there are no working hospitals, the needs are at 360 degrees," he told the Thomson Reuters 創立/基礎 in an phone interview.

Problems were magnified by political di 見通しs within the country, Colantoni 追加するd.

"It will be very difficult to 対処する with this 肉親,親類d of challenge if Libya doesn't find a way to find a political appeasement," he said.

The U.N.-支援するd 政府 of 国家の (許可,名誉などを)与える (GNA) has so far struggled to 発揮する its 当局 and recently saw a 競争相手 eastern 指揮官, Kahlifa Haftar, 掴む some of Libya's major oil ports, one of which is いっそう少なく than 200 km from Sirte.

He said the area around Sirte remained too volatile for the International 医療の 軍団 to 配達する 援助(する) or open a field hospital.
