GLASGOW, Scotland Oct 15 (Reuters) - Scotland will 始める，決める up a 貿易（する） office in Berlin, 上げるing its 貿易（する） departments in 準備完了 for all 可能性s, 含むing Scottish independence, after Britain leaves the EU, First 大臣 Nicola Sturgeon will say on Saturday.
