DUBAI, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Iran's 副 oil 大臣 said on Monday that Tehran was ready to encourage other 石油輸出国機構 members to join a 計画（する） to 凍結する 生産（高） to bring 安定 to the oil market.
"Iran is ready to help 石油輸出国機構 to balance the oil market ... We believe oil at $55-$60 a バーレル／樽 is a fair price to bring 安定 to the market," 副 Oil 大臣 Amir Hossein Zamaninia was 引用するd as 説 by 明言する／公表する news 機関 IRNA.
