Burundi 身を引くs 許すs from 目だつ 権利s group, other NGOs
NAIROBI, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Burundi's 政府 has 孤立した 許すs from a 目だつ human 権利s organisation and several other 非，不，無-利益（をあげる） groups, 告発する／非難するing them of stirring up 憎悪 and （名声などを）汚すing the nation's image, an order 問題／発行するd by the 内部の 省 said.
Not-for-利益（をあげる） and 非，不，無-政治の organisations (NGOs) have often been （刑事）被告 of taking 味方するs against the 政府 in a political 危機 that has rumbled on since last year over 大統領 Pierre Nkurunziza's 選挙 for a third 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
の中で those whose 許すs were 孤立した was the 協会 for the 保護 of Human 権利s and 拘留するd Persons (APRODH), run by 目だつ 行動主義者 Pierre Claver Mbonimpa, who 生き残るd an 暗殺 試みる／企てる by 身元不明の gunmen last year and then left for Europe where he remains.
Mbonimpa and other 行動主義者s have criticised the 大統領，／社長 for 捜し出すing a third 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, 告発する／非難するing him of 侵害する／違反するing the 憲法 and a peace 取引，協定 that ended civil war in 2005. They have （刑事）被告 the 明言する／公表する and 安全 軍隊s of 権利s 乱用s.
The 政府 特記する／引用するs a 判決，裁定 by the 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 説 the 大統領，／社長 could 捜し出す another 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語. It also 解任するs 主張s of 乱用s.
"In spite of the 多重の 警告s the 協会s ... have deviated from their 客観的なs as written in the 法令 and keeps on （名声などを）汚すing the country's image and （種を）蒔くing 憎悪 and 分割s の中で the Burundian people," によれば the order 調印するd by 内部の Mi nister Pascal Barandagiye.
The order was seen by Reuters on Monday. It said the order （機の）カム into 軍隊 on the date of 調印, Oct. 19.
The other four organisations 指名するd were also 伴う／関わるd in a 範囲 of 権利s and 開発 問題／発行するs. The groups and 行動主義者s 伴う／関わるd with them have 以前 been （刑事）被告 of 味方するing with the 対抗者s of the 政府.
In a 類似の order, 調印するd by the 大臣 and also seen by Reuters on Monday, the activities of five organisations, 含むing a 新聞記者／雑誌記者s union, were 一時停止するd. The groups were （刑事）被告 of "乱すing public order and 明言する／公表する 安全". (令状ing by Edmund Blair; Editing by Alison Williams)
