EU 明言する／公表するs agree caps on 卸売 roaming 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s -sources
BRUSSELS, Oct 26 (Reuters) - European Union member 明言する／公表するs on Wednesday reached a 予選 協定 on the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s 動きやすい telecoms 操作者s 支払う／賃金 each other when their 顧客s travel abroad, several sources said, 覆うing the way for the 廃止 of 小売 roaming 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s by summer next year.
Member 明言する／公表するs had been 行き詰まるd on where to 始める，決める the cap on 卸売 roaming 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s after June 2017, when EU 国民s will be able to use their phones abroad while travelling in Europe at the same cost as home. This was because of 恐れるs 操作者s would raise 国内の prices to 回復する the lost 歳入.
Under the 協定 - which still needs to be 確認するd by 大臣s in December and to be 認可するd by the European 議会 - 操作者s will be able to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 each other a 最大限 of 1 euro cent per megabyte 最初, going 負かす／撃墜する to 0.5 euro cent per megabyte from 2021, the sources said.
