U.S. to 棄権する from U.N. 投票（する） calling for end to Cuba 出入港禁止
UNITED NATIONS, Oct 26 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs on Wednesday will for the first time 棄権する from a 国際連合 General 議会 投票（する） on a 決意／決議 calling for an end to a U.S. 貿易（する） 出入港禁止 on Cuba, U.S. 外交官／大使 Samantha 力／強力にする said.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs has 終始一貫して 投票（する）d against such 決意／決議s for the past 24 years. Last year the 決意／決議 was 可決する・採択するd by the 193-member General 議会 with 191 投票（する）s in 好意. イスラエル joined its 同盟（する） the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs in 投票（する）ing against. While such 決意／決議s are 非，不，無-binding, they can carry political 負わせる.
