Saudi energy 大臣 to …に出席する oil 会談 in Doha ahead of 石油輸出国機構
DUBAI, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabian Energy 大臣 Khalid al-Falih is 推定する／予想するd to travel to the Qatari 資本／首都, Doha, this week for 会合s with oil-producing countries on the sidelines of an energy 会議, three sources familiar with the 事柄 said.
Falih was 推定する／予想するd to 会合，会う other energy 大臣s from 石油輸出国機構 and かもしれない ロシアの Energy 大臣 Alexander Novak on Friday, the sources said, speaking on 条件 of anonymity because the 会合s were not made public.
It was not すぐに （疑いを）晴らす whether Falih would 会合，会う Iranian Oil 大臣 Bijan Zanganeh, the sources said, as there was no 確定／確認 from Tehran yet on whether Zanganeh would …に出席する the gas 会議.
The 18th 大臣の 会合 of the Gas 輸出（する）ing Countries 会議 (GECF) will 会を召集する on Nov. 17 in Doha. Qatar and Russia are members of the GECF, while Saudi Arabia is not a member.
In September, 石油輸出国機構 agreed at a 会合 in Algeria on modest, 予選, oil 生産（高） 削減（する）s in the first such 取引，協定 since 2008, with special 条件s given to Libya, Nigeria and Iran, whose 生産（高） has been 攻撃する，衝突する by wars and 許可／制裁s.
