OTTAWA, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Canada's natural 資源s 大臣 said on Tuesday it was important that Canadian oil 輸出（する）s reach Asia, as the 自由主義の 政府 準備するs to decide whether to 認可する Kinder Morgan Inc's 計画（する）s to more than 二塁打 the capacity of a pipeline to the 太平洋の.
Ottawa must decide by Dec. 19 on the company's 提案 to build a second pipeline 隣接する to the 存在するing Trans Mountain line from the Alberta oil sands to the west coast, where the oil could be 負担d on タンカーs and shipped to lucrative Asian 精製するing markets.

Kinder Morgan Canada 大統領 Ian Anderson, asked about Carr's comments, told reporters in Kamloops, British Columbia, that they were "一貫した with what 生産者s have been 説 for some time, and it's definitely the market we are tryin g to serve."
