Ex-中国 外交官s 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in U.S. over construction 計画／陰謀

NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Two former Chinese 外交官s working at a construction company 直面する U.S. 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s that they 計画／陰謀d to 軍隊 従業員s who received ビザs to 成し遂げる work only at 中国's U.N. 使節団 and other 施設s to instead 供給する 私的な 契約ing work.
A 犯罪の （民事の）告訴 against Dan Zhong and Landong Wang made public on Tuesday in Brooklyn 連邦の 法廷，裁判所 said the 場所／位置s that received 私的な 契約ing work 含むd a Long Island 住居 matching the description of one tied to a U.N. 贈収賄 事例／患者.
That $10-million mansion was owned by a Chinese associate of Ng （競技場の）トラック一周 Seng, a Macau 億万長者 （刑事）被告 of 賄賂ing a U.N. 外交官 who was questioned by the 連邦検察局 about the homeowner's 知能 関係, によれば 法廷，裁判所 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
Zhong, 46, was ordered held without 保釈（金） at a 法廷，裁判所 審理，公聴会 on Saturday. It was 不明瞭な whether Landong Wang was in 保護／拘留.

The （民事の）告訴 said Zhong was the 主要な／長／主犯 of a Chinese construction company's U.S. 操作／手術s, while Wang was a 経営者／支配人. Both were former 外交官s of 中国, it said.
The （民事の）告訴 said their company 雇うd Chinese 労働者s who received ビザs 単独で to 成し遂げる construction work at 中国's U.N. 使節団 or other 外交の 施設s.
Instead, they were 軍隊d by physical 抑制, 脅しs and 乱用 to 成し遂げる 契約ing work at 私的な 場所／位置s, the （民事の）告訴 said, 含むing the Long Island 住居 and a home owned by a Chinese-born 航空機による 労働者.
In Beijing, Foreign 省 広報担当者 Geng Shuang told reporters the two men were 従業員s of a construction 会社／堅い sent to work in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
Building 事業／計画（する）s for 中国's U.N. 使節団 and other 団体／死体s in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 尊敬（する）・点 協定／条約s between the two countries, and 中国 has always 保護するd the 権利s and safety of 国民s overseas, Geng 追加するd.
検察官，検事s did not 指名する the 航空機による 従業員 or the owner of the Long Island 住居.
But their descriptions matched those of Ying Lin, an ex-空気／公表する 中国 Ltd 従業員, and Qin Fei, who, Ng has said, was a 顧問 to his real 広い地所 company.
連邦検察局 スパイ／執行官s last year interrogated Ng about Qin, asking if he was connected to foreign 知能, 法廷，裁判所 記録，記録的な／記録するs show.
