Britain will need new 法律 to 誘発する／引き起こす Brexit if loses 法廷，裁判所 戦う／戦い -lawyer

LONDON, Dec 6 (Reuters) - The British 政府 will need to put 今後 a new 法律 to 誘発する／引き起こす formal 離婚 会談 with the European Union if it loses a 合法的な 戦う／戦い over who can start the Brexit 過程, the 最高裁判所 heard on Tuesday.
The 政府 is 控訴，上告ing against a 判決，裁定 last month that it needs 議会's assent to invoke Article 50 of the EU's Lisbon 条約, the first formal step に向かって Brexit, as …に反対するd to using an (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 力／強力にする known as the prerogative to do so.

"It would 要求する not just 議会の 関与 ... but 最初の／主要な 法律制定," Eadie told the 11 司法（官）s on day two of a four-day 控訴，上告 審理，公聴会.
He also said the new 法案 could be just a one-line piece of 法律制定: "If the 最高裁判所 decides against our arguments here then the 解答 in 合法的な 条件 is a one-line 行為／法令／行動する.
"Maybe that would lead to all sorts of 議会の 複雑化 and possible 新規加入s and 改正s and so on, but that's the 解答."

But its position has been challenged in 法廷，裁判所 on the grounds that only 議会 can 除去する 権利s 認めるd by a 議会の 行為／法令／行動する in 1972 which 覆うd the way for Britain to join what is now the EU.
"議会 did not ーするつもりである that what it had created could be 無効にするd by a 大臣 演習ing a prerogative," David Pannick, a lawyer for the lead claimant in the 事例／患者 against the 政府, told the 最高裁判所.
