Bain 出口s race for SAB's Pilsner Urquell, other brands - sources

LONDON, Dec 6 (Reuters) - The field of 入札者s for SAB Miller's Central and Eastern European beer brands 存在 sold by Anheuser-Busch InBev has 狭くするd after U.S. buyout 基金 Bain 資本／首都 walked away, sources told Reuters on Tuesday.
Acquisitive Japanese brewer Asahi Group is seen as a 前線-走者 to buy the brands, which 含む Pilsner Urquell in the Czech 共和国 and Tyskie and Lech in Poland, the sources said.
The 一括 is 推定する／予想するd to fetch around 6 billion euros ($6.4 billion), they 追加するd.
The other 入札者s are a 国際借款団／連合 led by スイスの 投資 会社／堅い Jacobs 持つ／拘留するing and PPF, the 投資 会社／堅い of Czech 商売／仕事 大君 Petr Kellner.
Bain was 最初 planning a 共同の 申し込む／申し出 with Advent International. Its 出発 raises questions over Advent's ability to 服従させる／提出する a 競争の激しい 申し込む／申し出 without a partner.
