NEW YORK, Dec 6 (Reuters) - Oil 未来s snapped a four-day 決起大会／結集させる on Tuesday on 調印するs of higher 生産（高） while the euro slipped from a three-week high ahead of a Thursday 会合 of the European Central Bank.
