Uzbek party 指名するs 副 閣僚 長，率いる Aripov for PM
ALMATY, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Uzbekistan's 与党 指名するd 副 総理大臣 Abdulla Aripov for 首相 on Monday, a position soon to be vacated by 大統領，／社長-elect Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The death of 退役軍人 leader Islam Karimov in September has 誘発するd the 移行. The 長，率いる of 明言する／公表する （権力などを）行使するs 広範囲にわたる 力／強力にするs and the 首相 is more of a 技術家出身の管理職者 人物／姿／数字.
Aripov, a 遠隔通信s engineer by training, had worked as 副 首相 between 2002 and 2012, 監督するing for much of that time the telecoms 部門, which has been tainted by foreign 主張s of 汚職.
Mirziyoyev returned him to the same position すぐに after becoming 暫定的な 大統領，／社長 に引き続いて Karimov's death.
The party said on its website that Aripov, 55, was "有能な of taking 責任／義務 for 改革（する）s".
Some country-選挙立会人s had 推定する／予想するd another 副 首相, Rustam Azimov, to become 閣僚 長，率いる, 反映するing his status as a political heavyweight in the former Soviet Central Asian nation of 32 million people.
Mirziyoyev, 60, was elected 大統領，／社長 this month. The 政府 has yet to 発表する the date of his 就任（式）／開始.
Aripov is little known outside 隠しだてする Uzbekistan and there is no 公式の／役人 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about his 占領／職業 between 2012 and 2016.
A 漏れるd 2007 U.S. 外交の cable published by WikiLeaks 述べるd a 会合 between Aripov and then 副 assistant 長官 of 明言する／公表する Evan Feigenbaum in 2007 to discuss the 投資 気候 and regulatory 圧力 on then U.S.-owned Uzbek 細胞の provider COSCOM.
"Aripov does not get it," the 外交官s wrote in the comments section. "Aripov appears uninterested in taking any steps to 改善する the 全体にわたる 商売／仕事 気候."
