TOKYO, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Toshiba Corp wants 投資 基金s 含むing Bain 資本／首都 to buy a 火刑／賭ける in its flash memory 商売／仕事 rather than 産業 peers such as Micron 科学（工学）技術 Inc because doing so will 速度(を上げる） up the planned sale, a source said.
Toshiba needs to raise 基金s by the end of March to 相殺する an 切迫した multi-billion dollar writedown on its U.S. 核の 力／強力にする 商売／仕事. There may not be enough time to 結論する a を取り引きする another chipmaker, said the source with direct knowledge of the 計画（する）.
