S.Korea's 検察官，検事 says 起訴するs former 最高の，を越す Park 補佐官, ex-大臣
SEOUL, Feb 7 (Reuters) - South Korea's special 検察官，検事 has 起訴するd a former culture 大臣 and a former 最高の，を越す 補佐官 to 大統領 Park Geun-hye on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 職権乱用, coercion and 偽証 for their 役割 in 草案ing a blacklist of dissenting artists, a 広報担当者 said.
The 起訴，告発s are the 最新の 新たな展開 in a 汚職 スキャンダル that has gripped the country for months and led to the 告発 of Park by 議会 in December.
A 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 is reviewing the 告発 投票（する）. If it is upheld, Park will have to leave office and a 大統領の 選挙 will be called.
物陰／風下 Kyu-chul, 広報担当者 for the special 検察官，検事's office 調査／捜査するing the スキャンダル, told a 要点説明 on Tuesday former culture 大臣 Cho Yoon-sun, and a former 大統領の 長，指導者 of staff, Kim Ki-choon, had been 起訴するd.
"The special 検察官，検事's office has 起訴するd Kim Ki-choon, Cho Yoon-sun ... for 乱用ing 力／強力にする and coercion by making artists and 芸能人s and organizations with different opinions from the 政府 除外するd from support," 物陰／風下 said.
Both Cho, who last month became the first sitting member of Park's 行政 to be 逮捕（する）d in 関係 with the スキャンダル, and Kim 否定するd the 存在 of a blacklist, or playing a 役割 in 製図／抽選 one up, though Cho later said she had heard of such a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.
The 大統領の Blue House has also 否定するd th at a blacklist 存在するd.
Park has been （刑事）被告 of 許すing a friend, Choi Soon-sil, to 発揮する 不適切な 影響（力） over 明言する／公表する 事件／事情／状勢s.
Choi is （刑事）被告 of colluding with Park to 圧力 big 商売／仕事s to 与える／捧げる to 非，不，無-利益（をあげる） 創立／基礎s 支援 the 大統領，／社長's 率先s.
Both have 否定するd 悪事を働くこと.
The special 検察官，検事's office said the 政府 and 明言する／公表する （独立の）存在s used the blacklist as a "指導基準" to penalise artists and censor content.
The culture 省 said last month artists みなすd 批判的な of Park had been put on a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） and 除外するd from 政府 support. It apologised for what it said had been a systematic 成果／努力 to sideline Park's critics.
