WASHINGTON, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Two 共和国の／共和党の 上院議員s 提案するd steps to 削除する the number of 合法的な 移民，移住（する）s 認める into the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs by half on Tuesday, but the 法律制定, developed with the Trump 行政, 直面するs an 上りの／困難な climb to get through 議会.
上院議員s Tom Cotton and David Perdue said their 法案 would 削減（する） the number of 移民，移住（する）s 認めるd U.S. residency each year to 500,000 from 1 million, through 対策 含むing cutting far 支援する on which 親族s can be brought into the country and 除去するing a 多様制 ビザ 宝くじ.
The 法律制定 does not 演説（する）／住所 ビザs 特に tied to 雇用, such as the H-1B ビザs for 技術d 労働者s used by many 科学（工学）技術 companies.

Cotton said he had spoken to Trump about the 法案 by telephone as recently as Tuesday morning.

NEW RULES FOR FAMILIES
