TOKYO, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Japanese 株 eked out small 伸び（る）s on Monday in a choppy 開会／開廷／会期 示すd by low 容積／容量s as 投資家s stayed on the sidelines with the U.S. markets の近くにd for a holiday.
The Nikkei 辛勝する／優位d up 0.1 パーセント to 19,251.08, after 貿易（する）ing in the 消極的な 領土 in the morning.
The broader Topix rose 0.2 パーセント at 1,547.01, with only 1.497 billion 株 changing 手渡すs, the lowest since Jan. 16. Turnover was 1.7 一兆 yen, the lowest level since Dec. 20.
