Rosneft-led 国際借款団／連合 計画（する）s to 完全にする Essar 取得／買収 next month -sources

MOSCOW, Feb 20 (Reuters) - A 国際借款団／連合 led by ロシアの oil major Rosneft 計画（する）s to finally 完全にする its $12.9 billion 取得／買収 of India's Essar Oil next month, two ロシアの sources の近くに to the 取引，協定 told Reuters.

Rosneft will acquire a 49 パーセント 株 in Essar and another 49 パーセント will be 株d between 商品／必需品s 仲買人 Trafigura and ロシアの 私的な 投資 group 部隊d 資本／首都 Partners (UCP).

Essar Oil operates a 400,000 バーレル／樽-a-day 精油所 in Vadinar on India's west coast and sells 燃料s through its 2,470 filling 駅／配置するs across the country.
Trafigura has said that VTB would co-基金 Trafigura and UCP's 49 パーセント 火刑／賭ける. Rosneft has said it may use its own 基金s, 外部の 財政／金融ing or both to 支払う／賃金 for its 株.

VTB earlier agreed to 供給する Essar with up to $3.9 billion for 負債 再建.
