風刺漫画s and calendars help Bolivian 農業者s 鈍らせる 解雇する／砲火／射撃 危険

TEPIC, Mexico, Feb 20 (Thomson Reuters 創立／基礎) - A mix of high-tech 衛星 data and brightly coloured 風刺漫画s is helping subsistence 農業者s around Riberalta in Bolivia´s northern アマゾン 選ぶ the best time to 燃やす off their land and 減ずる the 危険 of uncontrolled 炎s, as 執拗な 干ばつ makes wildfires a hot 問題／発行する in Latin America.
"解雇する／砲火／射撃 is a real problem with these communities - it´s something they´re very 関心d about," said Veronica Ibarnegaray, programme director at Bolivia´s Fundacion Amigos de la Naturaleza (FAN - Friends of Nature 創立／基礎), explaining that 削除する-and-燃やす farming for 刈るs and cattle is 大部分は to 非難する.
To let indigenous 農業者s know whether hot, 乾燥した，日照りの or 風の強い 条件s could fan their 解雇する／砲火／射撃s out of 支配（する）／統制する, 脅すing 暮らしs and 生態学上 極度の慎重さを要する areas, 解雇する／砲火／射撃 監視するs check 地元の 条件s with 手渡す-held 天候 メーターs before adjusting colour-coded 調印するs showing the 危険 level, she said.
The 創立／基礎, which has developed its own 早期に 警告 system 連合させるing 航空宇宙局 衛星 and 天候 data, 分配するs 燃やすing calendars and 小冊子s illustrated with 風刺漫画s showing 農業者s what 警戒s they should take to keep 解雇する／砲火／射撃s under 支配（する）／統制する.
It is also training 地元の communities to become first-返答 解雇する／砲火／射撃 闘士，戦闘機s after running a 類似の 事業／計画（する） in Bolivia´s eastern Chiquitania 地域.

ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION
Tinderbox 条件s 原因（となる）d by a 近づく-１０年間 long 干ばつ, 最高気温s and strong 勝利，勝つd led to the 解雇する／砲火／射撃s that recently ripped through Chile, 殺人，大当り 11 people, destroying 1,500 homes and costing the 政府 $333 million in 損害賠償金 and the 植林学 産業 around $350 million.
"The 解雇する／砲火／射撃s here are all 原因（となる）d 直接／まっすぐに or 間接に by man, so the first 職業 we need to do is 環境の education," said Roberto Garfias Salinas, 植林学 engineer at the University of Chile.
専門家s say Chile 要求するs 増加するd 資源s to 取り組む 炎s, 連合させるd with 包括的な 解雇する／砲火／射撃 education and tighter 対策 to 支配（する）／統制する 放火（罪）, 非難するd for starting some 炎s.
Garfias said more firebreaks were needed to stop 解雇する／砲火／射撃s running out of 支配（する）／統制する, while Chile´s Green Ecologist Party has called for a kilometre-wide 境界 between 居住させるd areas and the 広大な 産業の 農園s that have 取って代わるd native forests, to try and 限界 損失.
In Peru and Bolivia, where 農業者s use 解雇する／砲火／射撃 as a cheap way to （疑いを）晴らす land and 除去する 疫病／悩ますs of insects and snakes, 専門家s say better 調整, faster reaction times and wider use of 早期に 警告 systems could help 妨げる 炎s spiralling out of 支配（する）／統制する.
Some argue that 簡単に 抑えるing 解雇する／砲火／射撃s now will lead to bigger 炎s in years to come, arguing that more 強調 should be placed on using controlled 燃やすing to 除去する 破片 that could 燃料 未来 解雇する／砲火／射撃s.
Low-intensity 解雇する／砲火／射撃s can help regenerate 国／地域, but bigger 炎s can 原因（となる） serious 国／地域 損失 and 腐食, which in turn may lead to flash floods and 衝撃 water 供給（する）s. Choking 空気／公表する 汚染 from clouds of smoke can also 原因（となる） se rious health problems.
"A lot of the time, 解雇する／砲火／射撃 is used for 農業の 管理／経営 - 燃やすing resets everything and can 濃厚にする the 国／地域 too," said Karyn Tabor, 早期に 警告 systems director at 自然保護 International which 供給するd 解雇する／砲火／射撃 危険 data to Bolivia's FAN before it developed its own model.
But those using the method need to be knowledgeable about how to do so, "and that´s a 抱擁する 問題／発行する", she said.
BOOM-BUST CLIMATE
Although forests in some 地域s have adapted to 解雇する／砲火／射撃 and いつかs even need it to 新たにする themselves, many parts of Latin America do not have this natural 抵抗, so 損失 can be 破滅的な and 永久的に change the landscape, 専門家s say.
Ernesto R?ez-Luna, one of a team of scientists who last year 警告するd 政府s in Brazil, Peru and Bolivia of the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 危険 in 干ばつ-攻撃する，衝突する 地域s, said no forest eco-system in the 熱帯の Andes was adapted to 解雇する／砲火／射撃.
"If you 燃やす a forest in Latin America... all you´ll 結局最後にはーなる is with a savannah or 牧草地," said R?ez-Luna, a professor at Peru´s Antonio Ruiz de Montoya University.
There is little 包括的な data on the number of wildfires around the world each year, but 専門家s 予報する longer, more 激しい 解雇する／砲火／射撃 seasons as 気候 change 悪化させるs 天候 variability.
